Privacy Policy for systems developed and maintained by the Center for Sustainable Development of the Capital LLP (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "We").

If you (hereinafter referred to as the "User") install and use systems developed and maintained by the Company (hereinafter referred to as the "Systems"), we will request from you the information necessary and sufficient for the prompt and correct operation of the System.

The Company respects the confidentiality of the information provided by you and undertakes to protect it in accordance with the following provisions, the requirements of international standards and the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Before installing and using the System, we kindly ask you to carefully read this Privacy Policy and the rules of use of the System in order to understand our rules and practices regarding user information and how we will collect and use it.

Dear User, please pay attention! Your acceptance of the Privacy Policy means that you (the User):

by agreeing to the terms of collection of personal data and other information specified below, you give full and unconditional consent to the processing of information, including the cross-border transfer of your personal data, agree and commit to comply with the terms of this Privacy Policy.

1. General provisions

1.1 The Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") applied when using the System applies to the relationship between the Company and an individual who is a User of the Application, applies to information that the Company can receive about the User and from the User during registration and during the use of this System.

1.2 Downloading and using the System means the User's unconditional consent to the provisions of the privacy policy and the conditions for collecting and processing information specified therein.

1.3 For the purposes of this Policy, the User's personal information is understood as:

1.3.1 Personal information that the User provides about himself/herself in the process of using the functional services of the System.

Mandatory information for the provision of functional services is highlighted by special fields to be filled in by the User during registration (account creation).

In particular, this information includes: first name, last name, patronymic, e-mail, IIN, residential address and phone number of the User.

Upon receiving the User's consent, the System collects data about the User's geolocation, gets access to the User's photo gallery and camera.

Other information is provided by the User at his discretion.

1.3.2 Data that is automatically transmitted to the System services during their use using the software installed on the User's device. Including technical specifications of the hardware and software used by the User, the date and time of access to the services and any other information necessary for the correct operation of the System and ensuring the fulfillment of all User requests.

1.3.3 Other information about the User, the processing of which is provided for in the User Agreement.

1.4 The processing of personal data means actions (operations) with personal data, including collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), use.

Personal data is processed in an automated manner, using transmission over the Internet, and mixed processing methods.

1.5 This Policy applies only to Systems implemented by the Company. The Company does not control and is not responsible for other mobile applications and third-party sites to which the User can independently click on links available and associated with the application.

1.6 By registering in the System, the User voluntarily and in his own interests provides his personal data and other information, thereby agreeing to the Rules of Use of the specified System and the terms of confidentiality of personal data.

The personal data provided can be changed (updated, supplemented) by the User independently at his own request.

1.7 As a general rule, the Company does not verify the accuracy of the personal information provided by the User and does not monitor his legal capacity. However, the Company assumes that the User provides reliable and sufficient personal information on the issues proposed in the System, and that the User keeps this information up to date.

1.8 The Company takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal and other information from unauthorized, unauthorized or accidental access, misuse, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.

2. The Information We collect

2.1 We collect information about the users of our System automatically when using the System.

2.1.1 When downloading, registering or using this System, the User provides certain requested information, which may include name, mobile phone number, email address or other contact information (hereinafter referred to as "personal data").

2.1.2 We also collect any information that the User provides when filling in any fields in the System, reports on problems with the functioning and use of the System's services.

2.1.3 Within the framework of the functional services of the System, the User can rate, leave comments, create appeals, provide information to be published or displayed ("Message") for a limited circle or all users of the System.

3. How We collect Information

3.1 When downloading, accessing and using the System to collect a certain type of information, automatic information collection and tracking technology is used, in particular to collect the following information:

3.1.1 Usage details, including data on logging in and using other information resources that the User is associated with, to which the User has access and uses in the System.

3.1.2 Device Information, phone model, Device Id, operating system and phone number of the device, etc. If you do not want us to collect any of the above information, do not download or use this System. All materials already collected by the System during the User's use of the System are stored in the System database in accordance with the requirements of international standards and the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3.2 The User can disable the function of providing location information through the settings of his device, although this may limit the capabilities of the System.

3.3 We may also use a counter that allows us to count users who have visited each service, as well as for other related statistical applications (for example, recording the popularity of certain application content and checking the system and server integrity).

4. Purposes of processing users' personal information

4.1 The System collects and stores personal information that is necessary to ensure the correct and operational functioning of the System and/or the fulfillment of agreements with the User.

4.2 Personal information (data) The System processes the User for the following purposes:

4.2.1 Personal data is used to provide the user with information on various services in the System.

4.2.2 Establishing feedback with the User, including sending notifications, requests regarding the use of the System, changes in the functionality of the System, the appearance of available System updates, changes in any products or services that we offer or provide, etc.

4.2.3 Determining the User's location is necessary to provide correct data on the services.

4.2.4 Confirmation of the accuracy and completeness of the personal data provided by the User.

4.2.5 Providing the User with customer and technical support in case of problems related to the use of the System.

5. Access and correction of your personal information (personal data)

5.1 The User can view and change personal information by logging in and/or on the personal profile page.

5.2 The Company has the right to add the User to the blacklist for a certain period of time if the User has not complied with any of the points of the user agreement of the System or in the case of using the System in violation of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5.3 The User's deletion of his account does not entail the deletion of the User's requests, as well as reviews or comments made by the User in the System. All data collected by the System during registration and use of the System by the User, including User's personal data, requests, reviews, comments, transmitted multimedia files, are stored in the System database in accordance with the requirements of international standards and the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and can only be deleted by the Company upon the User's request.

6. Data Security

6.1 The Company takes necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures aimed at ensuring the security of users' personal information from accidental loss, unauthorized access, use, modification and disclosure of information.

6.2 The information provided by the users of the System is stored on secure servers.

6.3 The security and protection of User information also depends on you. Access to the System is not password protected, so it is strongly recommended to make sure that your mobile device itself is properly protected with a password, fingerprint recognition technology or other security technologies, and is under your control. The Company is also not responsible for the actions of users aimed at bypassing any privacy settings and/or violating the security measures that We propose to comply with.

7. Changes to our Privacy Policy

7.1 The Company reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time and without prior notice and consent of the User.

7.2 The date of the last change in the Privacy Policy is indicated at the top of the page. The User is responsible for periodically visiting this Privacy Policy page to check for any changes and/or review them.

7.3 The User's continued use of the System, after making changes to the Privacy Policy, is considered unconditional acceptance by the User of these changes.

Therefore, please check the System periodically for updates to the Privacy Policy.

In case of disagreement with the changes in the conditions for the collection, processing and use of personal and other information, the User has the right to unilaterally terminate the use of the System and delete the System from the device.

This Privacy Policy is written in Russian and, in some cases, may be provided for review in English.

In case of discrepancy between the Russian version and the English version, the provisions of the Russian version of the Privacy Policy apply.
