Hygiene rules
Every day we visit places with a lot of people, we use public transport, we encounter objects that are somehow contaminated with germs and bacteria. Microbes and bacteria are found in animal and human excrement, in soil and water contaminated with animal and human excrement, on the surface of food products. Many microbes are transmitted through animal hair and through flies. There is a stereotype that the feces of young children are harmless, and therefore some parents inadvertently pour the contents of children's pots outside, into the garden, under fruit trees and shrubs.

Toilets are sources of germs and infections. Therefore, you must keep the toilets clean, disinfect them and teach family members to properly use the toilet, and pour the contents of the children pots directly into the toilet. Then the pots should be thoroughly washed with detergents.

Pathogenic microbes enter our body through unwashed hands when we rub our eyes with dirty hands, touch the mucous membrane of the nose and mouth, and also when we eat with dirty hands. To prevent germs and bacteria from entering, wash your hands thoroughly and frequently.

Using hand washing techniques, 5 critical steps of hand washing prevent various infectious diseases and create a barrier to the transmission of diseases to each other. This is the easiest and cheapest way to prevent infectious diseases such as cholera, acute intestinal infections, hepatitis and various poisoning, acute respiratory viral infections, flu, some types of pneumonia, ear infections, tuberculosis, skin diseases, eye diseases.

We should create conditions for hand washing - warm water, soap (preferably liquid) and a towel. If you use hard soaps, it is important to ensure that the soap dish always remains dry. It is very important to wipe your hands after washing, it is not recommended to use dryers, you should wipe with a towel, which should be changed as often as possible! Each family member should have an individual towel.

If there are small children in the family, you need to teach them to wash their hands from an early age: to do this, you need to create conditions for hand washing. It is necessary that the wash basin / sink corresponds to the child's height, the water is heated and a towel is hanging. Make sure that there is always soap in the house. In winter, it is recommended to bring water into the house in advance and warm it up.
